A Senior client-facing role responsible for originating, structuring and managing lending relationships with Australian SME and mid-market customers. The role blends business development with end-to-end credit ownership, building strong customer partnerships, delivering tailored funding solutions, and proactively managing portfolio performance and risk.

• Manage and expand a diverse portfolio, driving new business through strong referral channels.
• Independently assess customer needs and provide practical, tailored banking solutions.
• Produce high-quality credit submissions and execute transactions that balance commercial outcomes with disciplined risk management.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers, brokers, and key partners.
• Promote teamwork and collaborative problem-solving across bankers, credit, and support functions.
• Develop and embed best-practice relationship management frameworks that consistently deliver outstanding commercial outcomes.
