Currently, the business is looking to recruit a Senior Manager, Brand and Campaigns.
The Senior Manager, Brand and Campaigns will play a strategic leadership role in shaping and executing integrated marketing initiatives that elevate brand equity, drive customer acquisition and enhance engagement across key audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the retail brand strategy to enhance market positioning and customer perception.
Manage the sponsorship strategy and ensure alignment with brand values and commercial objectives.
Set the direction for the customer insights team program, ensuring insights are actionable and communicated across the business.
Develop and implement strategies to drive new customer acquisition while engaging and retaining existing customers.
Lead the team in leveraging MarTech platforms to automate, personalise, and scale customer communications.
Coach and develop a team. Manage performance through goal setting and development planning.
Key Skills and Experience:
Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline.
10+ years' experience in marketing.
Experience in leading end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy and planning to implementation and performance analysis.
Previous experience in customer lifecycle marketing, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and win-back strategies.
A proven ability to drive clear business outcomes through campaign activity.
An exceptional leader with experience managing and mentoring a team.
