Senior Management Accountant

About the role

A senior level accounting role supporting financial reporting, analysis, and month end delivery within a fast paced, commercial environment. You will partner closely with finance leadership to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support month end and year end close activities including journals, reconciliations, payroll uploads, and lease accounting
• Deliver variance analysis with clear commentary on actuals versus budget and forecast
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reporting for key stakeholders
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles and improve forecast accuracy
• Maintain financial accuracy, controls, and compliance with accounting standards
• Identify and drive improvements across reporting systems and finance processes

  About you

• Five to seven years experience in management accounting or commercial finance
• CA or CPA qualified or equivalent
• Strong experience with SAP and advanced Excel
• Solid background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confident communicator who works well with stakeholders
