Are you a seasoned Laravel Developer ready for your next challenge? I'm working with a leading Australian EdTech company, to find a Senior Laravel Developer to help enhance and scale their custom-built SaaS platforms.

Our client is a specialist in eLearning solutions, providing LMS hosting, training, and development services to clients across Australia and North America. They're well regarded in the education and corporate training sectors for their agile, people-first culture and commitment to innovation in online learning.

About the Role

As Senior Laravel Developer, you'll lead the development of scalable, multi-tenant SaaS applications built on the Laravel PHP framework. You'll work across a modern LAMP stack, integrating services and improving performance, while contributing to the design, architecture, and continuous deployment of learning technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust SaaS applications using Laravel and Filament
• Upgrade and optimise Laravel-based platforms to support growth and scale
• Integrate third-party APIs and support system interoperability
• Lead CI/CD practices and infrastructure improvements
• Support Linux-based deployments, server configuration, and AWS setup
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues in a timely, organised manner
• Work collaboratively across development, operations, and client support teams

What You'll Need

• 7+ years PHP development experience, including strong OOP and API integration
• 5+ years hands-on Laravel development experience
• Experience building SaaS applications and working in multi-tenant environments
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and Git
• Comfortable working in CI/CD environments and with AWS infrastructure
• Proficiency with LAMP stack and Linux server management
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• eCommerce or EdTech experience
