MARS Recruitment are partnering with a FinTech client who are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join a dynamic team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualising and creating visually appealing designs across various mediums. From digital assets to print materials, you will play a key role in bringing brand and projects to life.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and create visually stunning designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to advertisements, website graphics, social media content, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that effectively communicate brand message and resonate with our target audience.
• Take ownership of projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all design deliverables are of the highest quality and delivered on time.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate innovative design techniques to elevate brand identity.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must.
• Familiarity with Figma and Wordpress is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for creativity and a strong desire to push the boundaries of design excellence.
