A leading global investment platform operating within the legal finance sector is seeking a senior Fund Operations leader to oversee its Fund Operations and Reporting function.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, governance, and performance reporting of multiple investment funds. You will work closely with senior leadership across finance, capital formation, and global operations to build scalable frameworks, enhance data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across reporting and fund operations.

This is a highly strategic role combining operational leadership, stakeholder management, and transformation, with exposure to executive and Board-level reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of accurate and timely internal, investor, regulatory, and Board reporting
• Oversee fund operations including launches, restructures, and mandate changes
• Act as key point of contact for investors on fund operations and reporting matters
• Partner with executive leadership on capital raising and investor engagement
• Own operational risk, controls, and investment data governance frameworks
• Manage relationships with custodians, administrators, and external providers
• Drive automation, system enhancements, and workflow optimisation
• Ensure strong data integrity and reporting validation processes
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations and reporting team
• Contribute at executive and Board level discussions

About You

• 8-10+ years' experience in investment operations, fund reporting, or similar
• 3+ years in a leadership or people management role
• Experience working with custodians, fund administrators, or outsourced providers
• Strong stakeholder management experience at senior executive level
• Background in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics or similar
• CA/CPA/CFA (desirable)
