The Opportunity

This is a key role within a high-performing finance team, where you'll deliver accurate reporting, provide meaningful insights, and support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

You'll operate in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and the ability to influence outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end processes including journals, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Deliver insightful management reporting with clear commentary and variance analysis
• Partner with stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Provide deep analysis on staff costs, expenses, and business performance
• Prepare statutory accounts and support audit processes
• Maintain strong balance sheet integrity and financial controls
• Identify process improvements and enhance reporting efficiency

About You

• CA/CPA qualified with 8+ years' experience in similar roles within medium-large organisations
• Strong background in management accounting, expense management, and business partnering
• Proven ability to challenge and influence stakeholders with confidence
• Advanced skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Solid technical accounting skills including balance sheet reconciliations and statutory reporting
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Strong Excel capability and experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 advantageous)
