Senior Finance Analyst

A leading insurance organisation is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join a high performing finance team, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance and commercial outcomes.

The role:

• Partner with business stakeholders to analyse financial performance and key business metrics

• Own month end, quarter end, budgeting and forecasting activities

• Provide analysis and insights across actuals, budgets and forecasts

• Oversee OPEX and FTE reporting, including expense allocations

• Prepare and contribute to CFO, performance, investor and strategy reporting

• Identify opportunities to simplify reporting and improve processes

• Provide commercial analysis and support key business initiatives

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years' progressive finance experience within a complex organisation

• Strong financial analysis and business partnering capability

• Insurance experience highly regarded

• Strong understanding of financial performance and business drivers

• Experience with TM1, Oracle, Power BI or Power Query highly regarded

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• CA/CPA qualification highly regarded
