  • Liaise with vendors, dealers, customers, and internal teams to structure transactions that balance risk and commercial viability.
  • Monitor and review existing customer exposures, ensuring compliance with internal risk frameworks and credit policies.
  • Contribute to the onboarding and management of vendor finance programs and support strategic credit initiatives.
  • Provide input into documentation, legal security structures (including PPSR), and portfolio monitoring.

  • 5-8 years' experience in a commercial or corporate credit environment, preferably within equipment or asset finance.
  • Prior experience holding a Delegated Lending Authority (DLA) is essential.
  • Proven ability to analyse financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and write clear and commercially sound credit submissions.
  • Strong working knowledge of vendor or dealer-based finance programs.
  • Ability to navigate complex transactions, work cross-functionally, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, commerce, or a related field.

What's on Offer:

  • Flexible working arrangements and offices close to transport.
  • A values-driven culture committed to collaboration, wellbeing, and long-term growth.
  • Opportunity to work on diverse transactions across a range of sectors in a supportive and high-trust team.
