Our client is a leading organisation within the Financial Services sector embarking on an exciting phase of technology and business transformation. With significant investment across enterprise platforms, AI and business improvement initiatives, they are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help shape the next stage of their transformation journey.

This is a genuinely varied opportunity that will suit someone who enjoys working across multiple initiatives rather than being confined to a traditional Business Analyst role.

Partnering closely with business leaders and technology teams, you'll focus on understanding how the business operates today, identifying opportunities to improve processes and helping deliver practical technology solutions that create real business value.

No two weeks will look the same. You'll work across business process improvement initiatives, AI and automation opportunities, HRIS and enterprise application projects, while also contributing across broader project delivery activities including workshops, testing, stakeholder engagement and business readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
• Lead process mapping, process optimisation and business improvement initiatives across a variety of projects.
• Support HRIS and enterprise application initiatives from discovery through to implementation.
• Help identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and work closely with technical teams to deliver practical business outcomes.
• Contribute across testing, business readiness and project delivery activities as required.

• Demonstrated experience delivering business transformation, process improvement or enterprise technology projects within complex commercial environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and business process mapping skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge where appropriate.
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as HRIS, ERP or similar business systems, coupled with an interest in AI, automation and continuous improvement.
