The Role

An opportunity exists for a Senior Business Analyst to join a major healthcare technology program delivering a mobile solution across a national aged care environment. Working within a complex healthcare setting, you will partner with technology vendors, clinical stakeholders, operational teams, and internal IT specialists to ensure healthcare systems, infrastructure, and supporting technologies are prepared for successful implementation. Looking or an experienced technical BA - day rate engagement until end of 2026.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendors and internal IT teams to complete technical readiness activities required for the implementation of critical healthcare technology solutions.
• Support server upgrades, system upgrades, technical configuration activities, and healthcare system preparation work.
• Conduct technical analysis, impact assessments, and validation of proposed system and configuration changes.
• Work closely with vendors to document system rules, technical configurations, workflows, and healthcare technology requirements.
• Support testing activities, cutover planning, implementation readiness, and hypercare support across healthcare environments.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of healthcare technology solutions.
• Contribute to the evaluation of future healthcare technology solutions, Nurse Call platforms, and long term clinical technology strategy.
• Support procurement and vendor assessment activities to ensure technical and non functional requirements are addressed.
• Produce technical documentation, analysis artefacts, readiness assessments, and implementation documentation required to support successful project delivery.

Candidate Experience

• Experience delivering Technical Analyst / Technical BA work within healthcare, aged care, hospitals, clinical services, community care, disability services, or similarly regulated environments.
• Experience supporting healthcare technology implementations involving clinical systems, operational systems, vendor delivered solutions, infrastructure, applications, testing, cutover, and operational readiness activities.
• Strong technical analysis capability across system configuration, infrastructure, cloud hosted and on premise environments, solution assessment, vendor management, technical documentation, and healthcare technology delivery.
