Join a large, global business who continue to grow across a range of service lines. The expansion is driven by a number of industries worldwide.
This exciting role will commence as a 12 month FTC working on a number of new acquisitions this year followed by more coming in 2026. This exciting opportunity will suit someone with a finance background and either strong financial analysis or some M&A exposure.
You will work closely with senior leadership and a number of divisional managers to ensure a smooth transition of financials and ERP alignment.
Responsibilities
Lead stakeholder engagement efforts and foster cultural alignment throughout integration phases.
Monitor synergy realisation, maintain compliance, and provide regular progress updates.
Champion continuous improvement and support change management initiatives.
Drive integration strategies across core business functions including Finance, HR, IT, and Operations.
Ensure alignment of financial systems, HR processes, billing, procurement, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Experience:
Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving.
Prior experience in M&A integration is advantageous but not mandatory.
A collaborative approach and the ability to influence across diverse teams.
Flexibility to travel as needed to support integration activities.
A degree in business, accounting, or a related discipline (CA/CPA qualification highly regarded).
Proven ability in financial analysis and project management.
