Known for its strong culture, customer-first approach, and high-performing environment, this business is seeking a customer-focused Sales & Service Consultant to join its Sydney-based team on a 12-month fixed-term contract role.
This role will suit someone with strong customer service and sales capability who enjoys speaking with customers, building rapport, and working in a fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity
As part of the Direct Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the life insurance application and servicing process via phone, email, and SMS. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience while ensuring compliance with service standards.
Please note that this is a phone-based role operating on a rotating roster between 8am-8pm (hybrid arrangements).
