Retail Brand Experience Manager

Our client is looking for a Retail Brand Experience Manager. Reporting into the Marketing Director, this role is a 12 month maternity leave temporary contract position.

This is an opportunity to join a global powerhouse and play a pivotal role in shaping how the brand shows up in market.

The Role:

  • Lead a sports-lead retail marketing team, responsible for marketing plan development, briefing and executional direction to be implemented, ensuring best level brand representation.
  • Drive a one marketplace strategy for the business in partnership with account teams.
  • Partner with visual merchandising to align on product strategies within the consumer and store journeys.
  • Partner closely with store partners teams on retail marketing direction, support model, brands standards, fleet expansion and elevation.
  • Manage budget planning and in season tracking.

Key experience and skills required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Retail and/or Brand Marketing
  • Passionate for sport - whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and compelling presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of retail innovation and treads
  • Previous management experience (leadership skills and team first mentality.)
  • Team player with experience working collaboratively and effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with proven ability to juggle between the details and big picture, manage multiple and competing projects and priorities.
