What you'll be doing

Casual opportunity for an experienced Residential Concierge to join of a premium residential space based in Flemington.

This person will deliver exceptional service to the community of residents and guests, as the face and voice of the front desk.

This is a casual part-time relief role, which will cover hours as needed. Weekend and weekday work available!

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

• Experience in front office, reception, or concierge roles in premium residential or 4/5-star hotel (Essential)
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Immaculate grooming and a professional, confident presence
• Outstanding phone etiquette and clear communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and building management systems (WeWumbo highly desirable), tech savvy/ability to learn new technology
• Current driver's licence
