Do you have a strong track record of recruiting sales talent and building successful candidate pipelines?

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our client's Talent Acquisition team on a 4-month contract, focused exclusively on building high-quality sales talent pipelines ahead of two upcoming intake cohorts.

About the Role

Working remotely, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging high-performing sales professionals to support upcoming recruitment intakes. You will play a critical role in building talent pipelines before hiring campaigns commence, ensuring the TA team has access to qualified, engaged candidates when they need them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source BDM, Account Manager, and sales candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search.
  • Utilise AI search tools, Boolean searches, InMail campaigns, and direct outreach strategies.
  • Deliver outbound sourcing activity of 60+ targeted candidate contacts per week.
  • Conduct initial phone and video screening conversations.
  • Assess candidates against key criteria, including sales capability, proven results, and coachability.
  • Present qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition team in a consistent and professional format.
  • Build and maintain a warm, reusable talent pipeline across multiple intake cohorts.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates.
  • Participate in weekly team check-ins and proactively identify pipeline risks.

About You

  • Previous recruitment experience focused on BDM, Account Management, Field Sales, or commercial hiring.
  • Proven expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, including AI search functionality, Boolean searching, and InMail campaigns.
  • Experience using SEEK Talent Search or SEEK Direct Sourcing.
  • A proactive and autonomous working style.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to create engaging outreach messages.
  • Exceptional organisational and pipeline management skills.
  • A resilient, solutions-focused approach to sourcing.
