We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our client's Talent Acquisition team on a 4-month contract, focused exclusively on building high-quality sales talent pipelines ahead of two upcoming intake cohorts.
About the Role
Working remotely, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging high-performing sales professionals to support upcoming recruitment intakes. You will play a critical role in building talent pipelines before hiring campaigns commence, ensuring the TA team has access to qualified, engaged candidates when they need them.
