We are growing our team and are hiring for the position of Recruitment Consultant within the Accounting & Finance team in Perth, WA. The position of Recruitment Consultant is full-time with annual remuneration along with quarterly commission structure available.

Responsibilities:

• Taking job briefs from clients
• Creating advertising material specific to the role
• Liaising with candidates and clients
• Short listing and interviewing candidates
• Perform reference checks
• Business development via client and candidate generation
• Marketing to prospective clients
• Maintaining strong relationships & rapport with existing clients
• Responsible for the full recruitment process from hiring planning to sourcing to selection and day one readiness
• Managing and updating of internal database
• Developing and managing your own client portfolio and source the most suitable candidates
• Providing candidate quality advice on jobs and careers
• Providing recruitment and labour-hire solutions to clients
• Negotiating successful outcomes for both candidates and clients

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two years recruitment related experience
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with team members
• Experience working in agency or large internal recruitment setting
• Performance driven
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Understanding of human nature and ability to match the needs and wants of both client's and candidate's
• Solutions orientated approach
