We're looking for a versatile, forward-thinking professional to take the lead on automation, integration, and digital transformation initiatives within a growing superannuation organisation with strong community values.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending strategy with hands-on execution - improving the way systems connect, data flows, and technology supports people. You'll have ownership of automation workflows, data integrations, and reporting frameworks, while also driving new initiatives across cybersecurity, ISO certification readiness, and AI-driven process optimisation.
You'll collaborate across all parts of the business - from technology and operations to compliance and member services - identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the digital experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with technical teams to lead the design and implementation of automation and system integrations across business platforms.
Enhance data connectivity between CRM, cloud, and internal systems.
Run projects that build and maintain APIs and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver secure and compliant solutions.
Support ISO certification, cybersecurity readiness, and other compliance initiatives.
Identify opportunities for AI and emerging technologies to improve performance and decision-making.
About You:
Ideally experienced with CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot) and cloud-based integration tools.
Familiar with project coordination and management, stakeholder engagement
Ideally some understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance environments (ISO 27001 experience highly regarded).
Confident leading cross-functional projects and communicating across technical and non-technical teams.
Naturally curious, proactive, and driven to make technology simpler and smarter for everyone.
