Our client is one of Australia's largest retailers. They sell a range of upscale products across a variety of categories. Currently, they are looking to hire a Programmatic Media Manager to establish a superior inhouse programmatic media team. This is a newly created role.
Key Responsibilities:
Day to day responsibility of programmatic marketing channels including strategy, planning, budget and reporting.
Ensure outstanding delivery of campaigns by refining ways of working between internal stakeholders and technical processes.
Technical implementation within relevant marketing platforms to deliver campaigns.
Improve performance of first party data strategy and personalisation in programmatic media channels.
Ensure the business is at the forefront of new developments.
Manage and optimise programmatic supply chain.
Coach, mentor and lead a team.
Key Skills and Experience:
5+ years' experience in Programmatic Media.
Experience using buying and measurement platforms.
A solid understanding of audience management.
Well versed in media and the current landscape, in relation to the role Social, Display and Video can play within marketing.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised with very strong attention to detail.
