The Role

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Power Platform Consultant to join their team.

This is a genuinely end-to-end consulting role where you'll work closely with clients to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and design solutions that drive measurable outcomes. You'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and workshops through to solution design, build, implementation and user adoption.

Working across a variety of clients and projects, you'll leverage Microsoft Power Platform technologies to automate processes, improve user experiences and support broader digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points and improvement opportunities
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions and solution demonstrations
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
• Design and build solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions where required using Power BI
• Configure and manage Dataverse and related Microsoft ecosystem integrations
• Support solution testing, deployment, training and user adoption activities
• Contribute to governance, standards and best practices across Power Platform environments
• Work collaboratively with consultants, developers and project stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes

Candidate Experience

• Experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into practical solutions
• Understanding of business process improvement, workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives
