Performance Marketing Manager

Our client is a luxury lifestyle brand. They are proud to be setting new standards of luxury, working closely with clients and partners to raise the bar when it comes to luxury living in Melbourne's most desirable suburbs.

Currently, they are recruiting a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing high-impact performance marketing strategies that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative growth strategies for the organisation's digital channels.
  • Develop, implement and manage all digital marketing channels and strategies for corporate and project marketing programs.
  • Oversee the corporate social media channels and develop well-aligned corporate and project social media strategies across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook channels, to grow the brand and drive project lead enquiry.
  • Plan and implement effective data-driven digital campaigns to support lead generation, conversion rate optimisation and project sales.
  • Forecast digital performance to support project sales planning and manage marketing budgets accordingly.
  • Plan, execute and optimise full-funnel performance campaigns to drive qualified leads and improve cost-per-acquisition.
  • Maintain and improve integration with CRM systems.
  • Prepare, execute and monitor corporate and project digital marketing budgets.
  • Design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics to increase overall engagement and conversion rates for sales.
  • Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment and report on performance.

Key Experience and Skills:

  • Formal qualification in Marketing, Business or Commerce or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in developing and executing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms, and SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Proficient in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track, analyse and report on campaign performance.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights and make data driving decisions.
  • Extensive experience and proficiency working with CRM systems.
  • Expertise across social media channels and management, with a strong focus on performance and channel growth strategies
