You will be working for a large nationwide organisation who specialise in construction They work in each state of Australia and offer a wide range of specialist services. they are currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer on a contract basis.
About the role
Processing Payroll for around 1000 employees
End to End Payroll Processing
Tech One Payroll system
ConnX - Time and attendance
Review and assist with monitoring the Payroll inbox
Work with sites based across all states of Australia and New Zealand to ensure accurate entry and confirmation of Rostering and Time and Attendance Data
Provide accurate and timely processing for all payroll transactions including sound and timely advice, guidance and support to staff
Undertake the input and analysis of data, including ensuring accuracy of employee entitlements ensuring adherence to award, EA and legislative compliance
Deliver a range of effective payroll processing tasks including managing processes, providing services, responding to queries, advising on process and producing reports in accordance with agreed standards and time frames
Assist with other adhoc fleet duties.
