About the Role

You'll provide expert payroll knowledge across operational and project work, supporting payroll/HRIS system changes, reviewing processes, and helping clients maintain accuracy, compliance and stability during transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Payroll / HRIS system implementations, testing and process improvement
• Provide senior-level payroll operational expertise
• Conduct compliance and award interpretation reviews
• Analyse processes and produce clear documentation and recommendations
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide guidance

About You

• 7+ years' experience in senior end-to-end payroll
• Exposure to system implementations, upgrades or UAT
• Strong understanding of legislation, compliance and modern awards
• Confident communicator who can work independently
• Comfortable operating in a consulting or project-based environment
