We are on the hunt for an experienced and commercially driven Operations & Partnerships Lead to play a key role in the growth and success of their digital marketplace.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the performance, growth and operational success of the marketplace partner network
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external marketplace partners and suppliers
  • Drive continuous improvement across partner performance, conversion, sales and profitability
  • Lead regular performance reviews, using data and insights to identify opportunities and risks
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandise, Digital and Operations teams to deliver strong commercial and customer outcomes
  • Oversee end-to-end marketplace operations including onboarding, seller performance, customer support, catalogue management and logistics
  • Lead operational troubleshooting and process optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Use analytics and reporting to inform decision-making and optimise partner outcomes
  • Manage and develop an offshore team, ensuring high-quality delivery across priorities
  • Lead key projects focused on operational excellence and marketplace growth
