Summary
MARS Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a leading Australian healthcare group, who are seeking a Paid Media Executive to join their fast-paced, growing in-house marketing team. In this role, you will primiarily be managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta. Fantastic opportunity to lead planning, execution and optimisation across a wide range of brands and clinics around Australia simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Search (Google Ads & PMax):
Plan, implement, and manage high-performing paid search and PMax campaigns
Monitor budgets, forecast monthly spend and optimise campaigns for performance
Conduct ongoing keyword discovery and competitor analysis
Collaborate with copywriters and CRO specialists to optimise landing pages
Track, analyse and report on performance and ROI using analytics tools
Paid Social (Meta):
Build and execute full-funnel campaigns across Meta platforms
Write ad copy, build/refine target audiences, and set up A/B tests
Report on campaign outcomes and key insights
Other duties will include:
Collaborate with internal teams across design, brand, SEO etc.
Stay current on the latest tools, platforms and trends in paid media
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues proactively
Successful Candidates Will Have
3+ years' hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
Experience in multi-brand environments or agencies
A strong understanding of paid media performance, optimisation, and lead generation
Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Power BI
Strong analytical and reporting skills - you know how to extract and act on insights
A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent written and verbal communication
Bonus: SEMRush, HTML/CSS or bid-management tools knowledge
