Marketing Specialist – Multi-Site

Join a fast-growing, national consumer services business that’s redefining how Australians engage with essential, community-based services.

About the Company

This healthcare organisation operates at scale, with a network of locations and a clear focus on delivering strong customer outcomes at a local level. The marketing team plays a critical role in driving performance across the business, working closely with operational leaders to deliver measurable growth.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will act as a key marketing partner to a network of locations.

Working closely with site leaders, you will identify opportunities to improve performance, develop localised marketing strategies, and execute campaigns that directly impact customer growth.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing and operations-ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, stakeholder engagement, and seeing tangible results from their work.

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys working closely with operational stakeholders and taking ownership of marketing performance across multiple locations, rather than a purely channel or specialist role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop and execute localised marketing plans
  • Drive customer acquisition across digital and offline channels (Email, SMS, Paid Media, Local Area Marketing)
  • Analyse performance data to optimise campaigns and inform future strategy
  • Manage campaign delivery end-to-end, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Develop engaging content across CRM, social and promotional channels
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity and emerging digital/AI opportunities

About You

  • 3-5 years' experience in a marketing role (multi-site, retail, franchise or services ideal)
  • Strong understanding of digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, CRM, SEO/SEM)
  • Commercially minded with a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Confident stakeholder manager - able to influence and build trust
  • Highly organised, hands-on and comfortable working at pace
  • A proactive, positive team player who enjoys a collaborative environment

Why Apply?

  • High-growth business with strong career progression opportunities
  • Visible impact - your work directly drives revenue and performance
  • Hybrid working model (balanced office/WFH structure)
  • Supportive, energetic and down-to-earth team culture
  • Regular team events, perks and benefits
