Brand Manager / Marketing Specialist - Beauty
We're seeking a passionate and commercially minded Brand Manager / Marketing Specialist to help shape and deliver growth-driving marketing strategies and retail media plans across the beauty category. This role will be key in creating campaigns that engage shoppers at every stage of the journey, grow category share, and maximise both retail sales and media revenue.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with merchandising, sales, media, and brand partners to unlock growth through targeted, insight-led activity. This role calls for a mix of brand management expertise, campaign planning skills, and strong commercial acumen, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Build and manage high-impact partnerships across a portfolio of premium and emerging beauty brands.
Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, paid media, social, in-store, and experiential channels.
Activate campaigns through an omni-channel marketing ecosystem, using first-party data and media inventory to drive conversion and brand equity.
Support the development of new retail media opportunities, aligned with the global shift towards performance-driven retail marketing.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to deliver category and enterprise-level marketing priorities.
5+ years' experience in a strategic, hands-on marketing role, ideally within beauty, retail, or an agency environment.
Proven track record in delivering multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Strong understanding of beauty consumers, trends, and content formats that spark engagement.
Commercial acumen with the ability to balance creativity and business outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with internal teams and external brand partners.
