Looking for the next step in your BD or marketing career? This role offers the chance to work directly with senior leaders across a national professional services business, helping drive growth, strengthen client relationships and shape the commercial direction of multiple practice groups.
You'll collaborate daily with Partners, industry leaders and the broader marketing team to uncover new opportunities, support client pursuits and deliver smart, targeted BD initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
Working closely with practice leaders to shape and implement business development strategies.
Supporting Partners with pursuit planning, profiling advice and market insights.
Contributing to bids, tenders and client proposals with a commercial, client-focused approach.
Helping develop and maintain client plans, including participating in pitch debriefs and discovery conversations.
Identifying emerging opportunities across key sectors and practice areas.
Building your capability in strategy, advisory and client management within a national team.
What you'll bring:
Experience in business development, marketing, client engagement or professional services.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
A proactive mindset and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A degree in marketing, communications, business, law or similar (preferred).
