Marketing Coordinator/ Assistant

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who's hands-on, proactive, and ready to take ownership.

You'll work across a variety of marketing channels from brand, digital and social media to design and content creation. The role offers fantastic exposure and learning opportunities, with ongoing mentorship from experienced professionals who are invested in your success.

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms
  • Design marketing materials and visuals using Canva (experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
  • Assist with website content updates, SEO, and optimisation within HubSpot CMS
  • Create and distribute newsletters and email campaigns via HubSpot or similar tools
  • Produce marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, and digital assets
  • Support campaign execution across multiple channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Track, report, and analyse campaign and social media performance metrics
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or digital communications is a MUST
  • Proficiency in Canva (or Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CMS/CRM and email marketing tools
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Basic understanding of social media, email marketing, SEO, and analytics
  • A proactive, creative thinker with a "get-it-done" mindset
  • A positive attitude, hunger to learn, and genuine drive to grow
