The Opportunity

You'll play a key role in supporting the origination and structuring of mid-market property finance transactions (typically $5m-$30m). Working alongside senior originators and credit specialists, you'll be involved in:

• Assessing new transactions and conducting financial analysis and feasibility reviews
• Preparing credit submissions and assisting with due diligence
• Liaising with brokers, borrowers, valuers, and legal advisers
• Supporting the end-to-end loan process from assessment through to settlement
• Contributing to relationship management and portfolio performance

About You

We're looking for a motivated, team-oriented finance professional who enjoys being across both credit and client-facing work. You'll bring:

• 7-10 years' experience in property or commercial lending (bank or non-bank)
• Strong financial analysis and credit structuring skills
• Exposure to property development or investment lending
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability
• A collaborative mindset and desire to build long-term relationships
• A proactive, "hands-on" approach and willingness to grow into an origination role
