The opportunity

As Analyst - Associate, you will play a key role in structuring and executing a wide range of complex M&A transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint-ventures, and capital raising. You will play an important and visible role in the team, working closely with senior professionals while also getting exposure to ECM transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and developing financial models
• Analysing financial statements - preparing comprehensive financial analysis on clients and industry trends
• Coordinating diligence and presentations across multiple stakeholders.
• Interact and converse effectively with senior stakeholders in the context of deal execution
• Proactively map deal opportunities for clients and develop close relationships

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 2-6 years' experience across M&A, valuations, or transaction services gained in a corporate advisory or professional services setting
• Strong written and verbal communication, client, and interpersonal skills

• Motivation to work as a team player and contribute to a positive team culture
• Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
