What you'll be doing:

Opportunity for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join a growing property development business in their Property Management team.

The Leasing Consultant will support an experienced property manager, managing a small portfolio & valuing quality customer experience for both rental provider and renter.

This is a full time permanent role and is based in their stunning St Kilda road office with views of Albert Park lake.

Candidates will need to perform the following duties:

• Answer enquiries via phone and email with details
• Record enquirer details in company database
• Book and conduct open-for-inspections and private inspections
• Meet prospective renters at properties for inspections
• Update owners after each inspection

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

• Victorian Agents Representative Certificate
• Valid driver's license (along with a reliable car)
• propertyMe experience
