About the Company

About the Role

As a Junior Software Developer, you'll play a key role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing a suite of online learning tools and systems. Working closely with the operations and systems teams, you'll contribute to both front-end and back-end development, support integrations, and troubleshoot across Moodle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Moodle plugins, themes, and features
• Manage Moodle upgrades, version control, and testing
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support team members across platforms
• Participate in site setups, integrations, and infrastructure improvements
• Build reports and dashboards to support internal and client needs
• Contribute to automation, system documentation, and best practices

What You'll Need

• Basic knowledge of PHP, object-oriented programming, and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience with Git
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in computer science or software development
