About the Role

This is a hands-on, commercially focused marketing role where you'll partner directly with business leaders across a network of locations to drive customer growth.

Blending strategy with execution, you'll plan, deliver and optimise multi-channel campaigns, using data and insights to influence decisions and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to develop and execute localised marketing plans
• Drive customer acquisition across digital and offline channels (Email, SMS, Paid Media, Local Area Marketing)
• Analyse performance data to optimise campaigns and inform future strategy
• Manage campaign delivery end-to-end, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Develop engaging content across CRM, social and promotional channels
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity and emerging digital/AI opportunities

About You

• 3-5 years' experience in a marketing role (multi-site, retail, franchise or services ideal)
• Strong understanding of digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, CRM, SEO/SEM)
• Commercially minded with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Confident stakeholder manager - able to influence and build trust
• Highly organised, hands-on and comfortable working at pace
• A proactive, positive team player who enjoys a collaborative environment
