The Role

You'll provide Level 2 technical support across the business while playing an important role in maintaining and improving the organisation's Microsoft cloud environment and cyber security capability.

This is a varied position combining end-user support, systems administration and security responsibilities. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve technical issues, support cloud technologies, automate processes and contribute to ongoing security initiatives. Need strong background in Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support across desktop, hardware, software and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Administer and support Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
• Support user onboarding, offboarding and identity management.
• Assist with PowerShell scripting and automation to improve IT processes.
• Support Azure and AWS environments, patching and infrastructure administration.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts while assisting with cyber security initiatives and awareness programs.
• Support meeting room technology, AV equipment and third-party vendors.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement across the IT function.

About You

• 3-5 years' experience in a Level 2 IT Support, Systems Support or Infrastructure Support role, with strong Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) experience.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure and cyber security (Microsoft / Azure strongly preferred).
• Experience working within a professional services environment will be highly regarded, along with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
