IT Support Analyst

The Role
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join the IT team. This role will be responsible for supporting staff across head office and stores with day to day technology needs, including Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, ERP systems such as NetSuite, and retail POS platforms. You will ensure systems run smoothly, resolve issues quickly, and provide a high level of service to end users. The role will also involve training staff, maintaining IT documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Contract role with possibility to extend.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second level IT support across Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, networking, Adobe Creative Suite, ERP (NetSuite), and POS systems
  • Manage and resolve requests through the service desk system in line with SLAs
  • Set up, configure, and maintain hardware and software for new and existing staff
  • Maintain system and data security, including user access and building access controls
  • Process and track technology invoices in NetSuite
  • Deliver training sessions on IT systems for new starters and existing staff
  • Procure, install, and upgrade IT hardware and software, keeping asset registers current
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
  • Produce regular reports, maintain IT documentation, and contribute to the knowledge base

Candidate Experience

  • Level 1 & 2 technical support experience
  • Hands on experience supporting technologies such as: Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Adobe Suite, ERP platforms, and POS systems
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
