The Role
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join the IT team. This role will be responsible for supporting staff across head office and stores with day to day technology needs, including Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, ERP systems such as NetSuite, and retail POS platforms. You will ensure systems run smoothly, resolve issues quickly, and provide a high level of service to end users. The role will also involve training staff, maintaining IT documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Contract role with possibility to extend.
