What you'll be doing:

A Vehicle Repair and Maintenance business are seeking caring, dependable, and motivated individual for a permanent role in their 24/7 Contact Centre.

You will receive inbound calls from customers experiencing a mechanical breakdown, anywhere in Australia.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

• A positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Clear communication skills
• Experience in a contact centre
• Ability to handle difficult conversations & remain calm under pressure
• Able to demonstrate empathy and care for customers experiencing stressful situations
