Inbound Customer Service Consultant

Temporary 8 week opportunity (30 hours a week) for a Customer Service Consultant to join a newly established wine wholesaler based in Southbank.

What you'll be doing:

Temporary 8 week opportunity for an inbound Customer Service Consultant to join a newly established wine wholesaler based in Southbank.

This is a part-time role (30 hours per week) with a hybrid working arrangement, two days from home and three based in the brand new offices in Southbank.

The role provides product information, pricing, wine education and general customer service.

This temporary requirement is to support the telephone sales team with in-bound order taking (no selling), providing admin support to enable team to focus on the outbound sales.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in the wine wholesale industry preferred
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Professional phone manner
  • Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), proficient in MS Office
