What you'll be doing:
6 month contract for an HR Coordinator to join an events business based on the edge of Melbournes CBD.
The HR Coordinator will prepare relevant reports and dashboards to provide the People & Culture team with insights to enable them to identify trends and inform priorities.
As well as HR analytics and reporting, the HR Coordinator will support the recruitment process, including conducting phone screenings, interview coordination, reference checks and pre-employment screening. They will also support the administration of the onboarding process, including, preparing offer letters, issuing new hire bundles and related onboarding activities.
The HR Coordinator will administer contract variations, parental leave processes, and administer system offboarding processes as well as support purchase orders/invoices, improve file management processes, and oversee the shared P&C inbox.
