This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation with an outstanding reputation, working within a collaborative People & Culture team where you'll have the autonomy to influence, coach and support leaders across the business.
Reporting to a highly regarded and supportive People Leader based in Sydney, you'll step into a true generalist HR Advisor role with exposure typically found in an HR Business Partner position.
As the HR Advisor, you will partner with leaders across the Wholesale, Sales & Marketing and Customer Service divisions, providing trusted advice on a broad range of people matters. You'll build strong stakeholder relationships while supporting managers through the employee lifecycle and contributing to a positive, high-performing culture.
Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with leaders to provide proactive HR advice and coaching.
Managing employee relations matters and providing guidance on employment legislation, policies and procedures.
Supporting performance management, employee engagement and organisational initiatives.
Assisting with payroll processes and ensuring employee data is accurate.
Working collaboratively with the wider People & Culture team, including HR Systems, Talent Acquisition and Retail HR.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes and programs.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Solid employee relations knowledge and experience providing practical HR advice.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
A collaborative, professional and confident approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
