HR Advisor

You will be working closely with our client's leaders and teams across the full employee lifecycle. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love elevating the employee experience, you will feel right at home here!

What you'll do

  • Be a trusted advisor to leaders on policies, performance and ER matters
  • Support seamless onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, variations and role changes.
  • Provide reward and remuneration guidance, including interpreting frameworks and supporting evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate people data across PageUp, ESS and ensure privacy compliance.
  • Deliver cyclical P&C activities and help bring people initiatives to life.
  • Coach leaders through performance processes, PIPs, RTW and injury management.
  • Contribute to engagement initiatives, training and cross functional projects.


What you'll bring

  • Experience in a People Advisor or HR Coordinator role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Confidence navigating HR systems and maintaining data accuracy.
  • A proactive, solutions, Driven mindset and passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.
