We are seeking an experienced Head of People & Culture to lead the people agenda for a growing and dynamic organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, this is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

The Role

You will take ownership of the organisation's People & Culture strategy, supporting leaders to build capability, strengthen culture and ensure the business has the talent and structure required to achieve its growth objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the People & Culture strategy and broader HR function.
• Providing trusted advice to the CEO and senior leadership team.
• Managing employee relations, performance, remuneration and HR compliance.
• Leading talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Driving employee engagement, culture and retention initiatives.
• Developing leadership capability, succession planning and learning initiatives.
• Supporting organisational change, growth and transformation.
• Using HR data, technology and emerging AI solutions to improve people processes and decision-making.

About You

You will be an experienced senior HR professional with a strong track record in a Head of HR, HR Director or senior HRBP role. You will be commercially astute, confident working with senior stakeholders and comfortable operating across both strategic and operational HR.

You will bring:

• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and contemporary HR practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
• Experience leading organisational change, talent and culture initiatives.
• A practical, hands-on approach and ability to build trusted relationships.
• High levels of integrity, discretion and emotional intelligence.
• An interest in leveraging technology, analytics and AI to modernise HR.
