Head of FP&A

I'm recruiting a Head of FP&A for an Aussie-founded, fast-growing e-commerce brand. One of my favourite Australian success stories and a genuinely great business to partner with.

This is a 10-week contract, part-time (3-4 days per week), starting late January. A rare opportunity for senior FP&A leaders looking for flexibility without compromising impact.

You'll step in as a steady hand across budgeting, forecasting and, critically, the planning cycle, guiding the business through a key period with strong support from a capable finance team.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning financial roadmaps, resource planning and alignment across teams and workstreams
• Leading budgeting and forecasting, providing clear frameworks to support investment decisions and manage risk
• Acting as a trusted commercial partner, translating complex financial data into actionable insight
• Developing and uplifting the FP&A function, embedding strong planning discipline
• Providing progress updates on the implementation of NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, flagging risks early and avoiding last-minute surprises

About you:

• CA or CPA Qualified
• Experience leading teams of 2-4 people
• E-Commerce / Retail experience (or very similar) essential
• Full working rights
• Availability to start in January for 10 weeks
