This is a highly visible role reporting to the Head of FP&A, offering the chance to translate financial results into actionable insights, influence strategic decisions, and partner across the business to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse performance trends and craft compelling narratives for senior leadership.
• Provide strategic insight on brand profitability, cost targets, and business performance.
• Consolidate and present financial information across multiple business units.
• Lead FP&A system initiatives, process improvements, and reporting standardisation.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and support enterprise-wide commercial decision-making.

About You:

• CA/CPA qualified with 5-10 years' experience in a finance function.
• Experience in FP&A or commercial finance, from a large and complex organisation (essential).
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate numbers into business stories.
• Collaborative, confident, and capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with large planning/reporting tools advantageous.
