MARS Recruitment is partnering with an ASX-listed financial services organisation to recruit an FP&A Analyst for their high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a CA/CPA-qualified accountant with at least 6 months of commercial FP&A experience to further develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

The Responsibilities:

• Support the Group's planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, including rolling monthly forecasts, quarterly updates and annual budgets.
• Prepare and present monthly business performance results and analysis to the Executive Leadership Team and for Board reporting.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modelling as required.
• Assist with accurate financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Conduct detailed expense analysis and projections.
• Maintain and update financial models, ensuring proper documentation, controls, and governance.

Requirements:

• CA or CPA qualified.
• At least 6-months commercial FP&A experience.
• Advanced financial modelling and strong Excel skills.
