MARS Recruitment is partnering with an ASX-listed financial services organisation to recruit a Financial Analyst for their high-performing FP&A team. This is an exciting opportunity for a CA/CPA qualified Big 4 first mover with audit experience, ideally gained across financial services clients. You'll transition from audit into a hands-on finance role, contributing to strategic decision-making, financial planning, and analysis within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

The Responsibilities:

• Support the Group's planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, including rolling monthly forecasts, quarterly updates and annual budgets.
• Prepare and present monthly business performance results and analysis to the Executive Leadership Team and for Board reporting.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modelling as required.
• Assist with accurate financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Conduct detailed expense analysis and projections.
• Maintain and update financial models, ensuring proper documentation, controls, and governance.

Requirements:

• CA or CPA qualified.
• Big 4 first mover with audit experience, ideally gained across financial services clients.
• Advanced financial modelling and strong Excel skills.
