Responsibilities:
Manage statutory and financial reporting requirements with senior leadership.
Manage the month-end accounting process.
Preparation of the monthly group consolidation.
Preparation of the Group's annual and half year financial reports and manage liaison with auditors.
Prepare technical accounting papers and policies.
Ad Hoc finance duties as required by managers.
Manage, review and improve internal controls, financial processes and documentation.
