Are you a technically strong accountant looking to step into a broad accounting role with real responsibility? We're looking for a Financial Accountant to join a growing, values-driven aged care business, part of a broader diverse group.

About the Role

• Take ownership of financial reporting for a portfolio of aged care facilities, including P&L analysis, balance sheet reconciliations and commentary
• Prepare statutory, prudential and bank reporting, including BAS, payroll tax, FBT and regulatory submissions
• Support budgeting and forecasting, including maintaining and updating forecasts and assisting with board reporting
• Assist with external audits and ensure compliance with aged care legislation and reporting requirements
• Drive accuracy and continuous improvement across reporting processes and internal controls

About You

• CA or CPA qualified
• Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to analyse results and communicate financial performance clearl
• Experience in regulated environments such as aged care
