MARS is partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed property group entering an exciting phase of growth and corporate activity. With funding secured and strong backing from experienced investors, this business is well-positioned to capitalise on attractive market fundamentals and deliver significant value creation.

As Finance Manager, you will join a close-knit finance team and report directly to the Head of Finance, a supportive and engaging leader who values collaboration and commercial insight. This is an initial 12-month contract role offering the opportunity to play a critical part in M&A, due diligence and project work, while also supporting essential BAU finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Finance as the business navigates a period of accelerated growth and increased corporate activity.
• Play a hands-on role in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, integration and project-based initiatives.
• Assist with key finance deliverables across cashflow, covenant reporting, consolidations and management reporting.
• Provide commercial analysis and insights, articulating the drivers behind performance to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership, investors and advisors across multiple demanding work streams.

About You

• CA/CPA qualified with proven senior finance experience in the Property or Real Estate sector (essential).
• Ideally have exposure within a high-growth or PE-backed business.
• Strong background in M&A, transaction support, due diligence and project work.
• Ability to flex between strategic leadership conversations and getting into the detail.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
• Confident using ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools.
