Finance Business Partner

A high-growth, multi-entity construction and property group is hiring a Finance Business Partner into its Victorian business. This is a commercial partnering role (not a "month-end + variance pack" role) with strong senior stakeholder exposure and plenty of change, pace and responsibility.

The opportunity

You'll be embedded within your dedicated business unit, partnering with GMs and senior leaders to support forward-looking decision making -planning, targets, budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting and scenario work.

• Performance reporting

Must have

• CA or CPA qualification
• Strong business partnering capability and executive-level communication
• Comfortable operating in the "grey" (ambiguity, evolving direction, competing priorities)
• Preferred background - Big-4 or Mid-Tier
